MEDITATION 101

This FREE class is for everyone-If you are wanting to learn to meditate, need a little help or are advanced and would like to share your experience. We will share our methods, learn and meditate together.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you! There is only one rule, be open minded and ready to learn.

a Death Cafe in Carbon County. Death Cafe is an International movement designed to provide a safe and friendly setting to discuss death, dying and end of life concerns while enjoying delicious tea, coffee and a yummy. It's about community, connection and having real conversations.

Join us for an afternoon of artistry and fun during our "Conjure Your Own" class lead by our friends from Conjured Soap Co. Participants will have their choice to create two of the following provisions: body oil, body mist, or salt scrub; personalized to their preference with fragrances, colorings, herbs, and more.
Ticket price is $30.00 each, which includes two custom body care items (crafted by you!) Space is limited, so please reserve a ticket. At this time, walk-ins will not be accepted. This event is a family-friendly event, children ages 10+ are welcome!
